I can see a little change. Mostly in the bicep/shoulder area. My wife says she sees a difference in my silhouette. As long as she sees a change, I'm happy with that.

Day 30 Update
Today is NOT Day 30, but yesterday was. I forgot to ask my wife to take my p90x pictures, so we took them tonight after dinner. I'm a little bloated from the meal, but who cares. Here are the side by sides... Day 1 are the hat pictures.
I can see a little change. Mostly in the bicep/shoulder area. My wife says she sees a difference in my silhouette. As long as she sees a change, I'm happy with that.
